  • Implemented several SaaS Legal systems, from RFP all the way to implementation, without any issues to be used by 40 users in the Legal department.

EMC (2010-2015)

Principal Program Manager & Senior IT Business Analyst

  • Managed all aspects of the operational merger of Data Domain’s Global Customer Support Organization into the broader EMC operations in a complex program with 10 workstreams and 100 resources, worldwide. Ensured successful launch, within a $5M budget.
  • Managed the on-time overall deployment of beta units at 8 customer sites, leading to the General Availability of a key new product for EMC
  • Led all aspects of a data governance program for a critical data set that re-established organizational trust in Customer Install Base and enabled renewal sales and service logistics to improve their operations by improving data quality from 50% to 80%
  • Prioritized, defined and tested functional changes required in an SAP and Salesforce.com landscape to meet renewal sales and service logistics needs
