This coming week I will be attending the Collision Conference in Toronto, ON for the first time and I am really looking forward to it! Collision is one of the largest tech conferences in the world (40,000 attendees?!) and ought to be quite an experience. I haven’t been to a work related conference of this size before so I am eager to attend a few talks and to meet as many people as possible in order to try and build a new network in the GTA.
My plans are:
- Make new connections. I ordered business cards from Moo, and hope to hand out a few.
- Get inspired. I am interested in FinTech and AI talk.
- Try to attend 1 roundtable a day. I heard the lines are long and I’m not sure I want to spend all day waiting
